13:9 Designs creates handmade jewelry and other handcrafted items.

Because every piece is made by hand, slight variations in texture, stamping, patina, soldering, finish, size, shape, placement, and other details may occur.

Many pieces feature natural stones. Natural stones may vary in color, matrix, pattern, shape, size, texture, and appearance. These variations are part of the natural material and the handmade nature of each piece and are not considered defects.

We make every reasonable effort to display product photographs, colors, descriptions, measurements, and details accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on photography, lighting, computer or mobile device settings, and natural variations in materials.

No two handmade pieces are guaranteed to be exactly alike.

Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and quantities may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities available for purchase.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from 13:9 Designs. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is considered confirmed unless other arrangements have been agreed upon directly with 13:9 Designs.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many pieces are handmade, custom, one-of-a-kind, or made to order, cancellations may not be possible after production begins.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Pieces

For custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially sized pieces, 13:9 Designs may provide a design, mockup, sketch, photograph, written description, or other design details for customer approval before production begins.

The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approval, including spelling, sizing, stone choice, layout, personalization, and other requested features.

Once the customer approves the design and production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Any requested changes after approval may result in additional charges and are not guaranteed.

Approval of the design confirms that the customer accepts the agreed-upon design details.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and specially sized items are final sale in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price in effect when the order is placed unless there is an obvious pricing or listing error.

Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other applicable charges may be added where required.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, availability, or other errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information for all purchases.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

13:9 Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and delivery process.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Because every 13:9 Designs piece is handmade, all sales are final except where required by applicable law or where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from an approved custom design.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, natural stone variations, or normal characteristics of handmade jewelry.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and specially sized pieces are final sale once production has begun.

SECTION 7 – SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting or providing accurate sizing information.

Because many pieces are handmade or specially sized, resizing may not always be possible after a piece has been completed.

If resizing is possible, additional charges may apply.

Incorrect sizing selected or provided by the customer is not considered a product defect.

SECTION 8 – PRODUCT CARE

Customers are responsible for properly caring for purchased jewelry and handcrafted items.

Exposure to chemicals, moisture, perfumes, cleaning products, excessive force, improper storage, or normal wear may affect the appearance or condition of jewelry over time.

Tarnish, patina changes, normal wear, and damage caused by improper care are not considered manufacturing defects.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content associated with 13:9 Designs, including but not limited to product designs, photographs, text, logos, branding, graphics, artwork, website content, and marketing materials, is owned by or licensed to 13:9 Designs unless otherwise stated.

The 13:9 Designs name, logo, branding, product names, designs, and related materials may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or ownership without permission.

Shopify’s name, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong to Shopify or its licensors.

Purchases made through this website are transactions directly between the customer and 13:9 Designs.

Shopify is not responsible for products sold by 13:9 Designs or for claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from purchases made from 13:9 Designs, except to the extent required by applicable law or Shopify’s own obligations.
